Marjo Rasinmäki

Marjo Rasinmäki has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Marjo most recently worked at UPM - The Biofore Company as Vice President, HR for UPM Specialty Papers. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President, HR for Energy & Global Functions at UPM, where they were responsible for leading the HR team that acted as the business HR partner for the Energy business area and Global functions.

Before joining UPM, Marjo served as Vice President HR at Neste, where they were a member of the Neste Engineering Solutions Management team and responsible for the company's strategic and operational human resource management function globally.

Marjo also has experience working at Neste Jacobs as Vice President HR and at Pöyry as Global HR Lead and HR Manager. Their role at Pöyry involved managing human resource management in various business units and locations globally.

Marjo's earlier work experience includes roles at Hewlett-Packard Oy, HP, Manpower, Burgo Cartiere S.p.A, Italy, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. These roles encompassed responsibilities such as HR business partnering, recruitment consulting, and marketing assistance.

Marjo Rasinmäki attended the University of Tampere from 1992 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, Private Law, and Economics. Marjo also earned a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, and Communication during their time at the university from 1994 to 2000.
