Yong Xu

Yong Xu has extensive experience in the energy and mill service sectors, having worked at UPM-Kymmene Oyj since February 2005, focusing on mill maintenance and energy utility operations. Prior to this role, Yong Xu served as the project manager for the changshu project at UPM-Kymmene from January 2003 to March 2005, overseeing utility-related projects and liaising with authorities on permitting issues. Additionally, Yong Xu has held the position of Director at 芬欧汇川 since June 1997. Academically, Yong Xu obtained a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering Technology and a Master's degree in Engineering Science from Hohai University, completing studies there between 1986 and 1997.
