Dean Walters

Dean Walters is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at UPMC since October 2009. Prior to this role, Dean held the position of Vice President, Regional & National Clinical Marketing at UPMC. Dean has a rich background in public and government affairs, having served as Vice President at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh from September 1995 to April 2009. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing/Finance and a BA in Journalism, both obtained from Duquesne University, with the MBA completed in 1993 and the BA in 1988.
