Jen Leighliter (O'Brien) has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as Manager of Recruitment at UPMC since July 2013, following roles as Recruitment Lead and Recruiter. Prior to UPMC, Jen worked as a Recruiter at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh from March 2012 to July 2013 and served as a Staffing Consultant at Wexford Health Sources, the leading innovative correctional health care company, from August 2010 to February 2012. Jen began their career as OfficeTeam Division Director at Robert Half International, where employment started in August 2007 and lasted until August 2010. Jen holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh.
