Kalil Abdullah

Kalil Abdullah, MD, MSc, is a neurosurgeon-scientist who currently serves as the Director of Translational Neuro-Oncology at UPMC and an Associate Professor at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center. Kalil has previously held positions as a Fellow at Capital & Coast District Health Board, a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania, and an Instructor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. They completed a neurosurgery residency at Penn Medicine, acquiring extensive clinical and research expertise. Kalil earned a Doctor of Medicine from Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine and a Master of Science in Health Economics, Policy, and Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
