Karla Lesh

Karla Lesh, CRCP-P, is the Director of Revenue Cycle at UPMC, overseeing insurance collections for the physician division, including the Cancer Center. Prior to this role, Karla served as a Senior Manager in Insurance Collections at UPMC from 2010 to 2018, where they directed billing and collections operations and supervised staff to ensure compliance with regulations. Karla also held the position of Appeal Claim Manager at CIGNA from 2005 to 2008. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at La Roche College.
