Amy Lenoir

Amy Lenoir is an experienced professional in user experience and design, currently serving as a Mentor in Product/Experience Design at Upnotch and as a UX Strategy Lead at Channel Health Consulting, LLC. Previously, Amy held roles including User Experience Team Lead at Mayo Clinic, where leadership focused on strategic direction and team management, and Lead User Experience Designer at AIM Consulting Group, where a patient application for remote check-in was developed during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a founding member of Lumedic at Providence Health & Services, Amy established design processes while contributing to a blockchain platform for healthcare collaboration. Additional experience includes various design roles at SMITH, iHealthHome, and freelance work, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication Design from the University of Washington.
