Cristin Erdman

Cristin Erdman, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in talent and organizational development, employee experience, leadership development, and HR consulting. Cristin has held senior roles at Uponor, where they served as the Global Head of Talent and Organizational Development and Director of Employee Experience. At Uponor, Cristin implemented enterprise-wide solutions focused on talent management, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and organizational culture. Cristin also led and executed people initiatives, talent management efforts, and change management initiatives in North America. Prior to Uponor, Cristin worked as an HR Consultant, providing solutions in leadership development and organizational development for various businesses. Cristin also has experience at Target, where they served as a Senior Director, leading district team strategies for HR operations, and at Cost Plus World Market as a General Manager overseeing HR and operations.

Cristin Erdman, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with minors in Human Resource Management and Marketing from The University of Kansas School of Business from 2001 to 2005. In 2003, they attended CIMBA for Business Administration and Management studies. In 2022, they enrolled at Cornell University to pursue a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion for HR, specializing in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies.

In terms of certifications, Cristin obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in December 2018. Cristin also holds various other certifications including a Change Management Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) obtained in October 2023, a Korn Ferry 360 Certification from Korn Ferry obtained in September 2023, an Adult Mental Health First Aider, USA certification from Mental Health First Aid Trainings obtained in March 2023, a Korn Ferry Leadership Architect certification from Korn Ferry obtained in April 2021, an InsideOut Coaching Certificate from InsideOut Development obtained in October 2019, an Organization Development Certificate from the University of Minnesota College of Continuing & Professional Studies obtained in May 2019, and an Adult Learning Certificate and Instructional Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) obtained in 2019.
