The Internship Program at Upower consists of undergraduate and graduate students primarily from the University of Washington and Seattle University. This team supports Upower's mission by assisting with trauma-informed coaching sessions, engaging underserved youth in physical activities, and helping to implement educational programs that promote social-emotional growth and academic success. Interns also contribute to research and outreach initiatives aimed at addressing systemic inequalities in youth sports and recreation.
