Kiara O.

Kiara O. has a long and varied work experience. Kiara began their career at Nous Group in 2013, where they held the roles of Director, Senior Consultant/Manager, and Consultant. In 2015, they took on the role of HR Consultant/Analyst at Vaco. In 2021, they joined Startmate as a Coach and Women Fellow, Autumn21. Later that same year, they were appointed Head of Operations at Phantm. In 2022, they moved to UPowr as Head of Partner Delivery, and then to Brighte as Program Manager.

Kiara O. has an extensive educational background. Kiara completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry at UNSW in 2021. Kiara then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at AGSM @ UNSW Business School, which they are expected to complete in 2021. In 2021, they also completed an MBA Exchange at The Wharton School. Kiara O. has also obtained several certifications, including Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in 2022, Confluence Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in 2022, Leading Change from AGSM @ UNSW Business School in 2022, Leading an Organisation through Dynamic Environments from AGSM @ UNSW Business School in 2021, Creating Accessible Documents: Word and PDF from Vision Australia in 2016, and Standard Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid Australia in 2020.
