Tom Willis Mrics

Tom Willis MRICS is an experienced building surveyor and project manager with a strong background in the construction industry. Currently serving as the Regional Technical Asset Manager at UPP since January 2023, Tom previously held the role of Senior Project Manager at Underwood Carpenter Limited, overseeing a variety of projects from refits to new builds. With a solid foundation as a Chartered Building Surveyor at Faithful+Gould and experience at Focus Consultants, Tom has developed expertise in contract administration, design, condition surveys, and project management. Educational credentials include a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2010.
