Thomas Faulkner

Thomas Faulkner has had a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Thomas began their career in 2013 as a Risk, Health and Safety Advisor at Turning Point, where they were actively involved in improving company policy and procedures to ensure legal compliance and the safety of staff and service users. Thomas also provided advice on health and safety matters and conducted training for staff members.

In 2015, Thomas joined Praxis42 | Making Compliance Easy™ as a Senior Account & Quality Systems Manager. During their tenure, they served as a CMIOSH Partner and contributed to the company's compliance efforts. Their role involved managing accounts and quality systems, ensuring adherence to regulations, and maintaining high quality standards. Thomas remained with the company until 2022.

In 2022, Thomas transitioned into freelance work as a Health, Safety, and Fire Risk Assessor. Thomas worked independently, providing assessment services to clients in need of professional expertise. Their freelance work continued until 2023.

In 2023, Thomas joined Uppbeat and Music Vine as a Junior Full Stack Developer. These roles showcased their technical skills in web development and involved contributing to the development of full-stack applications. Their current work experience includes these positions as they continue to grow in their development career.

Thomas Faulkner completed a Diploma in Full Stack Software Development at Code Institute from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they attended The University of Salford from 2017 to 2018, where they pursued an MSc in Safety, Health and Environment. In addition to their formal education, Thomas obtained certifications including the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2023, and the Level 3 Award in Education and Training from Training Qualifications UK.
