Ryan Fortenbacher

Ryan Fortenbacher is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in management and real estate. Currently serving as the Business/Facility Manager for Upper Arlington City Schools since August 2017, Ryan previously worked as a Licensed Realtor at Carriage Trade Realty from October 2015 to December 2021. Early career experience includes a tenure as Restaurant Manager at Spaghetti Warehouse from November 2003 to April 2016. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from The Ohio State University, which was obtained between 2001 and 2006, and furthered education at Hondros College of Business from 2014 to 2015. Educational foundation includes a high school diploma from Bexley High School, earned from 1995 to 1999.
