Laura Flatt

Laura Flatt is an experienced product developer and associate product manager at Upper Canada Soap since October 2020, specializing in market research and supplier collaboration to develop over 100 new beauty products annually. Prior roles include a marketing intern at American Express, where data analysis and budget tracking were primary responsibilities, and vice president of marketing at Prism Resources, managing social media campaigns and partnerships with Wilfrid Laurier University. Laura also contributed as a marketing assistant at Henkel, analyzing product sales, and developed a micro-needling skincare product during a prior internship at Upper Canada Soap & Candle Makers. Laura holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University and has additional international education experience at the University of Deusto.
