David Gelbloom

David Gelbloom is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate law and human resources. Currently serving as General Counsel at Upper Crust since April 2008, David also holds the position of General Counsel and Director of Human Resources at Fiera Foods Company since March 2004. Prior to these roles, David worked as an Associate at Minken and Associates from February 2001 to February 2004. Educational credentials include an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University (1998-2000) and a B.Sc (Honors) in Psychology from Victoria University at the University of Toronto (1993-1997).
