Jacklyn Medley

Jacklyn Medley currently serves as the Mobility Manager at Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency, a position held since March 2022, and also oversees the MyRide UC Volunteer Program and works as a Transportation Call Center Representative. Previous experience includes roles as an Account Executive at Outdoor Advertising, a Customer Service Representative at Eagle Credit, and a Server at Foglight Foodhouse. Earlier work includes serving as a Student Worker in the College of Business Dean's Office at Tennessee Technological University and as a Carhop at Sonic Drive-In. Jacklyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Tennessee Technological University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Motlow State Community College, in addition to a High School Diploma from Van Buren County High School.
