Brett Knutsen

Brett Knutsen is currently working as a Category Manager - Perishables and Buyer at Upper Lakes Foods since February 2016. Prior to that, they served as a Corporate Chef at Just Take Action Inc. from November 2012 to February 2016 and as an Executive Chef at Blackwoods on the Lake from February 2005 to October 2012. They also have experience as a Manager at Old World Meats from January 1996 to December 2004. Brett Knutsen earned a diploma from The Marshall School in 1999 and went on to attend the University of Minnesota Duluth from 2000 to 2005.
