Erik Rusch

Erik Rusch is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in logistics and team leadership. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Upper Lakes Foods since July 2017, Erik oversees the receiving and storage of approximately 50,000 cases of goods each day. Previously, Erik held multiple roles at MacFarlane Pheasants, Inc., including Farm Management Manager and Assistant Farm Production Manager, focusing on the care and breeding of pheasants. Erik's military experience with the US Army includes serving as Fire Team Leader, where leadership and equipment management were key responsibilities. Early career experience includes roles at Save A Lot Foods, specializing in inventory planning and warehouse operations. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
