Luke Whitney

Luke Whitney is an experienced culinary and account management professional with a diverse background in the food service industry. Currently serving as an Account Executive at Upper Lakes Foods since March 2010, Luke previously worked as a Kitchen Manager at Crescent Bar & Grill, where responsibilities included hiring, menu development, food cost management, inventory oversight, cooking, and coordinating banquets. Prior roles include serving as a Line Cook at South Switch Bar & Grill and gaining expertise as an Apprentice Meat Cutter at Zup Food Market, where Luke received hands-on training in various meat preparation techniques, including sausage making. Additionally, Luke held the position of Head Night Line Cook at Fortune Bay Resort Casino from March 1998 to May 2004.
