Earl R. F.

Earl R. F. is an experienced professional in the fields of accreditation, certification, and curriculum development, currently serving as the Director of Accreditation, Certification, and Curriculum Development at Bucks County Community College since February 2003. Responsibilities include managing a comprehensive accredited public safety certification program, maintaining accreditation statuses with IFSAC and ProBoard, and overseeing multiple degree programs in Fire Science and Emergency Management. With various roles at the college, including Liaison for Fire Science programs and Adjunct Faculty, Earl has a strong background in curriculum development and instruction across multiple modalities. In addition to academic roles, Earl holds a position as a Fire Fighter/EMT in Upper Moreland Township and has previous experience as a Fire Protection Specialist. An alumnus of the University of New Haven with a Master of Science in Fire Science, Earl possesses extensive expertise in public safety training and emergency services education.
