Jennifer Kelly Hartigan

Jennifer Kelly Hartigan, M. Ed., is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Recreation Assistant in Upper Moreland Township since May 2022. Prior roles include Learning Support Teaching Assistant/Substitute Teacher at Crooked Billet Elementary School, providing instructional support to 4th grade students from February 2021 to June 2022, and an In-Home Teacher assisting a Second-Grade student with virtual learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hartigan has also worked as a Personal Care Aid for 1:1 support to students at Pennypack Elementary and has held various teaching and administrative positions dating back to 2002, including roles at Woodbury Jr/Sr High School, where innovative curriculum for gifted students was developed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Geology and Art History from La Salle University and a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Holy Family University.
