Amber Menard has been working in the IT field since 1999. Amber started as a HelpDesk Assistant at Northern Michigan University in 1999, then moved to Marquette General Health System in 2002 as a HelpDesk Technician. In 2006, they took on two roles at the same time, Software Manager and Sr SAP Manager at RTI Surgical\u00ae, and also worked as an Application Systems Analyst II at Pioneer Surgical Technology. In 2021, they became the Manager of ERP and Business Systems at Upper Peninsula Power Company.
Amber Menard attended Northern Michigan University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems/ Systems Analysis and Design.
