Carol Giblin

Carol Giblin has extensive experience in special education. Carol started their career at Quakertown Community School District in 2006 as an Emotional Support Special Education Teacher. In 2013, they moved to Upper Perkiomen School District and served as an Assistant Director of Special Education until 2018. Carol then joined Norristown Area School District as a Supervisor of Special Education from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Carol is working at Upper Perkiomen School District as an Assistant Director of Special Education since 2019.
