Currently serving as CEO of Upperline Health since April 2017, David previously held the position of VP of Operations at Aspire Health, Inc. from March 2014 to April 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Customer Focused Government for the State of Tennessee between January 2011 and March 2014, and working as a Policy Analyst for Bill Haslam's gubernatorial campaign from January 2010 to January 2011. David Thorpe is a graduate of Princeton University, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
