Thomas Perslund

Thomas Perslund is the current CEO of Uppsala Municipality Arenor Fastigheter AB. Prior to this, they served as country manager for Lehto Sverige AB from March 2019 to July 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the development of Lehto's Swedish operations with a focus on growth within the housing and care sector facilities.

Before joining Lehto, Perslund was a partner at Perslund Management from March 2018 to March 2019. In this role, they served as a senior advisor at NREP and Ortalis.

Perslund's previous role was as COO / Vice President at Oscar Properties Holding from January 2016 to March 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the operational activities of Oscar Properties during a major growth phase. This included establishing new systems and structures for the rapidly growing and dynamic business, as well as recruitment and management of staff resources from around 40 to 150 employees.

Thomas Perslund has a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Building Construction Technology from Chalmers University of Technology.

Thomas Perslund reports to Joachim Danielsson, City Director & Head, Municipal Management Office. They work with Ingela Hagström - Deputy City Director & Development Director, Henrik Lillsjö - CEO Uppsala Konsert Och Kongress AB, and Ola Hägglund - Deputy City Director & CFO.
