Jacob Tiensuu

Jacob Tiensuu is a skilled System Developer at Uppsala Monitoring Centre since August 2021, following a role as a Master Thesis student at the same organization from January to June 2021. Prior experience includes customer service at IKEA Sverige from May 2015 to September 2019 and a candidate project at Precisit in 2019, where the focus was on developing and comparing the performance of two machine learning algorithms on data from NASA's Kepler telescope, implemented in Python to identify stars with orbiting exoplanets. Jacob Tiensuu holds a Master of Science degree in Technical Physics from Uppsala University, obtained in 2021.
