Jessica Avasol has extensive experience in customer engagement and sales, currently serving as a Customer Engagement Specialist at Uppsala Monitoring Centre since August 2007, where responsibilities include generating sales and determining customer requirements for subscription recommendations. Prior to this, Jessica worked as an Office Coordinator at Andrew Karnig & Associates from 1995 to 1997, providing back-office support to finance and sales operations. Jessica's educational background includes studies at Luleå University of Technology, Uppsala University, Mälardalen University, University of Gothenburg, and Gullmarsgymnasiet.

Uppsala Monitoring Centre is an independent, non-profit foundation and a centre for international service and scientific research in the field of pharmacovigilance.
