Xinran Meng currently serves as a Customer Engagement Specialist at Uppsala Monitoring Centre since August 2021. Additionally, Xinran gained judicial experience as a Judicial Assistant at the People’s Court of Pingyin County. Xinran holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Investment Treaty Arbitration from Uppsala University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Shandong University of Political Science and Law.
