Vaibhav Dhote is an experienced electrical design engineer currently serving as Co-Team Leader in MEP at Uppteam since April 2022. In this role, Vaibhav oversees electrical design projects for a USA client, ensuring compliance with required standards and quality checks for both commercial and residential developments. Prior to this position, Vaibhav worked as an Electrical Design Engineer at Triplan India, focusing on substation design for chemical and gas industries. Earlier experience includes a role as a Maintenance Engineer at Magneti Marelli Motherson Shock Absorbers India Private Limited, where responsibilities included overseeing maintenance in utility areas and the production line. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bapurao Deshmukh Engineering College, completed in 2020.
