Stephanie Lieber

Stephanie Lieber's work experience includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer at upReach since 2016. Stephanie later became the Acting Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the organization's transition to a new CEO. Prior to their time at upReach, they held the position of Director of Programmes and Impact from 2019 to 2022, and University Partnership Manager from 2018 to 2019. Stephanie also worked at GE Capital as a Business Tax Director from 2004 to 2016, and at Deloitte & Touche as an International Tax Partner from 1991 to 2004.

Stephanie Lieber holds a BA/MA degree in Accounting from The Catholic University of America, which was earned between 1987 and 1991. Stephanie then pursued a MST degree in Taxation at The American University from 1993 to 1995. Stephanie also obtained certifications such as the Adult MHFA 2 Day Course from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2017. Additionally, they hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in Maryland, although the exact year of achievement is unknown.
