Thomas Grane is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and business transformation, currently serving as the Owner of Thomas Grane ApS, focusing on strategic tech, business, and culture engineering. With a strong background in digital transformation, organizational design, and strategic AI advisory, Thomas delivers consulting and advisory services to executive management, including CIOs, and facilitates network meetings at the Academy Group for corporate executives. Previous roles include Director of Tech and Transformation (CIO) at Matas A/S, where responsibilities spanned IT strategy development and organizational transformation, as well as advisory positions in various organizations. An active musician, Thomas combines a passion for music with technology, serving as an Advisory Board Member for Upright Music. Education includes a degree in Weak Current Electronics from DTU and certifications in coaching and workplace safety.
