Kirk Howard is an experienced business owner and leader with a diverse background in various sectors. Since December 2015, Kirk has owned multiple franchises of The UPS Store, providing essential services such as shipping, packaging, and printing for consumers and small businesses. Prior to this, Kirk served as Vice President & Branch Manager at Guaranteed Rate, where responsibilities included designing national call centers and launching the company's retail presence in Southeast Michigan. As Director of IT & Marketing at Gold Star Mortgage Financial Group, Kirk contributed to the company's rapid growth recognized by INC500. Earlier experience includes managing technology initiatives as Managing Partner at Clearly Computers, leadership as Director of Mortgage Banking at Quicken Loans, and systems analysis at Harris Corporation. Kirk also held the position of Information Systems Manager at the Center for Healthcare Information Management, focusing on optimizing health outcomes through IT solutions.
