Sarah Casalan

Sarah Casalan currently serves as President of The UPS Store since September 2021 and holds the position of Board Chair for the Heart Challenge at the American Heart Association in Chicago since January 2023. With a robust background in retail and international operations, Sarah's previous roles include Vice President of Stores and Vice President of International Operations at Crate and Barrel, and various vice presidential positions at J.Crew and Club Monaco focusing on international expansion and omni-channel strategies. Early in the career, Sarah gained experience at Marc Ecko Enterprises, C-bridge Internet Solutions, Accenture, and Telesis/Towers Perrin, starting with an internship at Telesis/Towers Perrin. Sarah attended Providence College, graduating in 1996.
