Sean Darcy has extensive experience in business development and franchise management within the automotive and insurance industries. Currently serving as Franchise Sales/Area Development Manager for The UPS Store since October 2014, Sean has previously held key roles such as Director of Network Development at CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts, where contract negotiations doubled the network in the Southwest region. Sean's career includes positions at Fix Auto USA, ICC Collision Centers, Philip Thearle's Autowerks, and Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, focusing on strategic partnerships, market strategy execution, and operational management. Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of San Diego, earned in 1994.
