Themis Bezas has extensive experience in operational and franchise management within The UPS Store since January 2004, currently serving as Operations Manager, supporting over 500 franchisees across multiple states. Previously, as a Franchise Consultant, Bezas focused on revenue growth and brand protection for 726 franchise locations. In the role of Inside Sales Support Supervisor, management of the sales call center and the lead management system was a key responsibility, directing thousands of leads to sales personnel. Earlier positions included Associate Financial Analyst and Opening Order Coordinator, where coordination of franchise opening logistics was essential. Prior experience as a Retail Manager at Big 5 Sporting Goods complements a strong background in business operations.
