Adrian Townson

Adrian Townson is currently the Real Estate Director (EMEAI) at UPS, a role they have held since 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Real Estate Manager for the UK & Ireland at UPS from 2019 to 2024, and held the position of Senior Surveyor at DTZ from 2008 to 2011. They began their career at Bulleys Chartered Surveyors as a Surveyor from 2006 to 2008 and later worked as an Estates Manager at Coventry Building Society until 2016. Throughout their career, Adrian has managed extensive portfolios and handled various aspects of property management across multiple regions.
