Alberto Yllescas

Alberto Yllescas, CHRL, MHRM, is a bilingual HR Managerial Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. Currently serving as the Canada Manager for HR Business Partnership and Talent Acquisition at UPS, they manage and develop a team dedicated to recruiting and HR initiatives for a workforce of 14,000 employees across Canada. Previously, Alberto held positions including Coordinator of Human Resources at Canada's Wonderland and Ontario Supervisor of Human Resources at UPS, where they led teams overseeing HR services and workplace investigations. They hold a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from York University.
