Alex Mikstas

Alex Mikstas is a seasoned business leader currently serving as the Senior Manager of eCommerce Strategy at UPS. With a robust background in strategy, marketing, operations, and customer experience, Alex has over a decade of experience navigating complex business challenges and leading cross-functional teams through transformational change. Previously, Alex held several positions at UPS, including Manager of SMB Strategy and Senior Manager of U.S. Marketing & Analytics. Additionally, Alex gained valuable leadership experience in the U.S. Army, where they held various roles, including Company Executive Officer and Troop Commander. Alex earned an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Emory University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
