Andrew Boden

Andrew Boden is an Industrial Engineering Supervisor at UPS, where they are currently employed. A third-year student at The Ohio State University, Andrew is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a specialization in Human Systems Integration and Design. They have gained experience in manufacturing through roles that emphasized lean and Six Sigma techniques, contributing to process improvements and work standardization. Andrew also played sousaphone in The Ohio State University Marching Band and plans to ‘dot the i’ in 2024. Prior to their current position, Andrew held various roles, including a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Midmark Corporation and a Supply Chain Intern at Boeing.
