Austin Hicks

Austin Hicks possesses extensive experience in the financial and UX design sectors. From May 2015 to December 2016, Austin worked as a Deposit Floater at United Community Bank, where various teller and customer service roles were performed across multiple branches. Subsequently, from December 2016 to August 2022, Austin served as the Learning Experience Design Supervisor at Homestar Financial Corporation, achieving the CPTD Credential, APTD, and Master Designer Designation from the Association of Talent Development, while leading a team to enhance learning experiences through e-learning and LMS management. Currently, since August 2022, Austin is a Senior UX Designer at UPS. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of North Georgia and a UX Design program from Springboard.
