Boaz Simons

Boaz Simons has extensive experience in corporate governance and finance, currently serving as a Board Member at multiple public companies traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, including Naphtha Israel Petroleum Corp, UPS, and Equital Group Management since June 2013. Previously, Boaz held key roles such as Chief Controller at Taavura Holdings and Chief Financial Officer at Poalim Capital Markets. With leadership experience as Chairman of the Board at Arava Export Growers Limited and Bet Shemesh Engines Ltd., Boaz also contributed to the audit committees of several organizations. Boaz holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Accounting and Finance from Ben-Gurion University.
