Brad Freshour

Brad Freshour is an experienced professional in human resources and technical solutions, having served as the HRTS Director at UPS from June 2016 to August 2025. In addition to this leadership role, Brad held the position of HRTS Manager, focusing on HR transformation projects involving Workday and Service Now, as well as data validation and end-to-end testing. Prior to UPS, Brad worked as the HR Systems Technical Solutions Supervisor, specializing in HRIS solutions. Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Thomas Edison State University, earned from January 2012 to January 2016.
