Brad Maze

Brad Maze is a retired Process Director for GBS Commercial Service Delivery at UPS, a role they held until December 31, 2021. Previously, Brad served as GBS Operations Director, overseeing operations and service performance at contact center sites in Florida and Guatemala City. They led various projects, including an organizational redesign and the launch of offshore vendor locations in the Philippines. Brad holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Portland and completed an Executive Program in Corporate Strategy at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
