Brad Nesmith

Brad Nesmith, CPA, CFE, is currently the Global Chief Audit and Compliance Officer at UPS, where they lead initiatives in internal audit and compliance. Previously, they spent a decade at The Home Depot, culminating in the role of Director of Internal Audit Leadership Development Program, where they focused on risk-based audit planning and fraud monitoring. Brad also held senior positions overseeing compliance and ethics, including managing the company's Corporate Compliance program. They began their career as an Auditor at Deloitte and hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Florida.
