Caitlin Alexander

Caitlin Alexander is a versatile graphic designer with extensive experience in freelance graphic design, eCommerce management, and customer service. Since January 2018, Caitlin has worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer, creating custom illustrations and layouts for clients. In addition to freelance work, Caitlin has held various roles, including an Entry Level eCommerce Manager responsible for launching websites and managing B2C initiatives, a Customer Service Associate at FedEx Office, and a Social Media Specialist at Frankies Comics, where notable achievements included maintaining high engagement rates. With a background in photography, videography, and caregiving, Caitlin has developed a strong skill set complemented by a solid educational foundation in design, communication, and advertising from Wake Technical Community College and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Currently, Caitlin works as a Graphic Designer/Print Manager at UPS, while also continuing freelance projects.
