Candice Dempsey

Candice Dempsey is the Managing Director of International Sales at UPS, where they focus on developing the US International Sales team. With a background in Sales Leadership, they have consistently exceeded sales goals while mentoring future leaders. Previously, Candice served in various positions at UPS, including US International Sales Operations Manager and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council Chair. Outside of their professional commitments, Candice has been an Executive Board Member for Shoes and Clothes for Kids since 2007 and is passionate about volunteering, coaching, and promoting diversity and inclusion. Candice holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Baldwin Wallace University.
