Carmen Crawford has a diverse background in Agile coaching and consulting, with experience dating back to 2009 when serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Thomson Reuters. Following this role, Carmen became self-employed as a stay-at-home parent from September 2016 to March 2020 before working as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Groundspeed Analytics, Inc. from March 2020 to June 2021. Subsequently, Carmen held positions as an Agile Consultant and Sr Agile Consultant at Nexient from August 2021 to April 2022. In January 2023, Carmen joined NTT DATA as a Senior Advisor - Agilist Consultant. Currently, Carmen serves as the Director of Systems Programming at UPS, starting in December 2024.
