Cassandra Garcia is an experienced media professional with a diverse background in journalism and talent acquisition. At KLAS TV from 2012 to 2015, Cassandra served as a reporter, responsible for gathering and producing news stories for Southern Nevadans across various platforms, while also developing strong relationships with stakeholders. Prior to this, Cassandra was an anchor and reporter at KTXS News, where responsibilities included anchoring newscasts and mentoring new employees. In 2020, Cassandra transitioned to UPS, contributing as a Talent Acquisition professional, and later held multiple positions including Inside Sales Representative and Corporate Talent Acquisition Recruiter. Starting her career as a production assistant at WOAI-TV, Cassandra built foundational skills in media production. Cassandra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts with a focus on Journalism from the University of the Incarnate Word.
