Chad Baker

Chad Baker is a Labor Relations Manager at UPS, where they have developed extensive experience in various managerial roles since 1996. Previously, Chad worked as an Investigator for the International Investigative Service, completing workers’ compensation investigations and testifying in court as needed. At UPS, Chad has held positions ranging from Driver Supervisor to Business Manager, overseeing numerous drivers and supervisors while managing operations related to payroll, training, and safety. Chad earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Ball State University between 1989 and 1994.
