Charan Kumar Shetty K is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades across various organizations. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at UPS Logistics Private Limited and as the Director of Human Resources at UPS India Technology Centre, Charan has previously led Talent Acquisition and Campus Hiring at Larsen & Toubro, overseeing over 4000 hires annually.
